As you may have already heard, the Florida Department of Health has recently begun cracking down on the presence of dogs in breweries. The department considers beer and other beverages “food,” meaning that Florida Administrative Code 64E-11, banning animals from food service establishments, applies to our Tasting Room and Brewery. Unfortunately this means that as of today, dogs are no longer allowed in our Tasting Room and Brewery. Well, technically the law says "No live birds or animals except for crustacea, shellfish and fish in aquariums shall be allowed in a food service establishment," so we think you can still bring your pet lobster with you, or your awesome betta fish as long as he or she is in a bowl. We truly regret having to comply with this rule, we still love our furry friends. . Our friends at Green Room Brewing have created a change.org petition that we encourage you to sign: https://ccb.beer/dogpetition (tap the link in our bio to get there easily) . Dogs are still welcome on our front patio area, and service animals are obviously exempt from these regulations.
